Who are we?

GEAPPA is a non-profit organization, that aims to congregate  UFV university community, as well as other educational institutions, research enterprises, and  professionals or those linked to companies. The objective of GEAPPA  is to promote  the development and dissemination of Science & Technology in storage and processing of agricultural products, through research, extension and teaching practices.

In order to achieve theses objectives,it was estabilished the following goals: (i) Promote the technical-scientific, social and cultural integration of GEAPPA members, through lectures, training, technical visits, workshops and seminars; (ii) Propose solutions through the development and diffusion of Science & Technology applied to the storage and processing of agricultural products; and (iii) Share information about Research, Extension and Teaching on storage and Processing of Agricultural Products.
